Five 50 minute virtual or in-person sessions. The sessions will include an assessment, a recommended treatment plan session, and 3 coaching sessions.

I'm Committed

Ten 50 minute virtual on in-person sessions. The sessions will include an assessment, a recommended treatment plan session, and 8 coaching sessions.

In for the Long Haul & a New Me

Bi-weekly or Monthly 50 minute sessions for 6 months. Virtual or in-person.

Rewire my Brain Permanently

Bi-weekly or Monthly 50 minute sessions for 12 months. Virtual or in-person.
